When placing an order, the customer must provide the details of the person who will collect the order and a contact number. The recipient's phone number and/or email address, entered by the customer in the recipient form, may be used by the management team to coordinate the delivery schedule and other service details with the recipient. Once the order is confirmed, delivery will be made within the established timeframe and agreed-upon period. The customer must communicate via phone (call or message) with the warehouse of the supplier corresponding to the products in each order to confirm the address, inquire about the order status, and ensure successful delivery.

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery or has an impediment that prevents them from collecting the order, it may be delivered to neighbors, friends, or other persons provided we receive prior authorization from the customer or recipient. Preferably, we will request a copy or photo of the ID of the person receiving the order. This person must review the order and sign for it. We are not responsible for missing items or visible damages that were not reported at the time of delivery.
The person designated to receive the order must have full mental capacity to do so. Delivery will be avoided to persons in the following cases: mental disability, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or minors. For persons with physical or motor disabilities, the team will provide appropriate assistance to ensure safe delivery.
3. Order Errors
Orders may be temporarily held if the recipient's information (delivery address and name) provided is incorrect. These may proceed once the errors are corrected and the correct information is provided. If the information supplied by the customer is incomplete or insufficient to carry out the delivery safely, the order may be canceled and the money refunded to the buyer.
