When and where will my purchase be delivered?
After completing your purchase, you can go to the warehouse corresponding to the products in your order to pick them up immediately.
How will the recipient receive the purchase?
Your order will be delivered together with the corresponding invoice, either to the address provided or at the time of pickup at our warehouse.
Does the recipient have to pay any amount at delivery?
No. When you make the purchase, the price of the products and any applicable home delivery cost are included.
How can I confirm that my purchase was completed successfully?
After completing the purchase, you will receive an email confirming that your order was placed successfully, along with order details, estimated delivery time, and recipient information. The email includes a link to track your order status.
Do appliances have a warranty?
All our appliances include a warranty. The warranty period varies by product and is specified in its description. You must keep the invoice during the entire warranty period. If necessary, you will receive a refund according to our return policies. If you experience any technical problems, malfunctions, or errors with your order, please contact customer service.
